Aromatherapy is an art and a science that uses plant essential oils in treatment.  It is holistic therapy that has the intention of protecting and improving the general health and well being of the whole person.  It works as part of a complete lifestyle, which includes emotions, mental health, relationships, nutrition, and other resources and guides on the pathway to being fulfilled and true to yourself.

Aromatherapy is a very ancient healing practice that is thousands of years old.  While the principles are very old, research is being done continually to improve knowledge of how the oils can be used effectively.  Modern methods of distillation have improved the science of creating very pure and high quality oils.  Due to the scarcity or abundance of the plants themselves and the ease or difficulty of processing the oils, the cost varies with each individual oil in the blends.

Suzanne uses only essential oils that are pure and very high quality from organically grown plants.  Her aromatherapist and supplier of essential oils is very knowledgeable and enjoys sharing the specific qualities of each oil and how the blends work together.  The blends are diluted to the proper strength with good quality carrier oils for use during the massage session or at home for personal use.
